Intellipop’s Managed WiFi offers a high quality wireless router that delivers high speed wireless connections to your devices with the latest in WiFi technology. With our Managed W-Fi, Intellipop Staff will have remote router diagnostic tools and can offer remote support for common router challenges.
The term of this agreement is month-to-month and will begin the day after you receive your pre-configured router. The term will automatically renew on the “Bill Cycle” date each month unless the router is returned to Intellipop.
Customer agrees to pay all monthly fees throughout the term of this agreement. Customer must keep an up to date credit or debit card on file with Intellipop to maintain Managed WiFi Service. If Managed WiFi is ordered with a new installation, Intellipop will install the router at the time of Internet service installation.
If Managed WiFi is being added to an existing account the router will be delivered by an Intellipop Technician within the Payson/Santaquin area. Outside of this area, Intellipop will ship the preconfigured router at its expense to the customer location. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges in returning Intellipop Equipment. Customers may also drop off the router at our Payson location (address listed at bottom of this document)
If the router needs to be replaced for any reason, it must be returned to Intellipop for a replacement. All equipment provided by Intellipop, will at all times remain the property of Intellipop. Customer may not sell, transfer, lease or encumber the Intellipop Equipment to any third party.
With regard to such equipment, Customer agrees:
- To use the equipment only for the purpose of a managed router service for an Intellipop Internet service account. This router cannot be used with any other Internet service provider or for any other purpose.
- To keep the WiFi password secure and only available for use within the immediate household or business that is subscribing to both Intellipop Internet service and Managed WiFi
- To prevent unauthorized connections or use of the Managed WiFi.
- To prevent tampering, altering or repair of the equipment by any person other than agents of Intellipop.
- To assume complete responsibility for improper use, damage or loss of such equipment regardless of cause.
- To authorize agents of Intellipop to remotely access and manage router on customers behalf for the purposes of quality control and technical support.
- To authorize agents of Intellipop to remotely access and manage parental controls at customers request.
- To grant reasonable access to agents of Intellipop to service, replace and retrieve said equipment.
- To return the equipment in good condition within 10 days of canceling Internet Service with Intellipop. In the event the equipment is not returned to Intellipop in good condition and Customer has not been in contact with Intellipop agents or unresponsive in contact attempts, Customer agrees to pay an “Unreturned Equipment Fee” of $159.95 for each Wireless Router not returned, and $100 for each Mesh Extender not returned which will be charged to the card on file.
